Couples and icecream

Real couples
Fall in love at Mcdonalds
When some
Meet at their school’s prom
And dance the night away
Others sing a ballad
Some blokes just say how bad they are..
But women can do anything you can and sometimes even better
True lovers
Do drugs in the suburbs
And sometimes hand holders
Wont ever hold a hand
Just holding onto sand couting down the days
Till the next have to pay
Don’t you love it?
Caramal and sticks
Lolillpop and schoolyard fun
Competion who can stare longest at the sun
I love you
They are always going to be a cliche
Let them stay that way
So let’s dance
To having no trance
And this is as real as it gets
But sometimes i feel like i’m in heaven
But then the slap hits your face
And you trace your steps of last night
When you had to much and were such a sight
Such a hilarious sight to beholdĀ  and such a sad episode
Now he laughs it off
Roll on the grass
And get stains on your ass
This is living
When your infront of the tv
Drinking tea

Wow. I really like your combination of realistic and romantic;I think it works very well.
You manage to communicate the more cynical, more modern view of love – 21st century style, but keep some of the traditional ideas and images. Well done.
